각원사 (覺願寺)
Report Incorrect Data각원사는 천안의 진산이라는 태조산에 위치하고 있는 대사찰로 남북통일을 기원하기 위해 만든 청동대불이 자리하고 있어 더욱 유명한 곳입니다. 대좌불 좌측에 국내에서 규모가 가장 큰 대웅보전과 요사채를 비롯한 사찰건물이 짜임새있게 배치되어 많은 사람들의 기도처로도 유명합니다. 경주 불국사 이래의 대사찰로 손꼽히며, 현재 각원사 관광단지가 조성중에 있는 등 천안의 새로운 관광명소로 떠오르고 있습니다.
